There have been recent news stories in a Oregon that have caused me fear of veterinarians!! Thankfully, I feel very confident bringing my pets here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The Veterinarians are caring and I have no fear leaving my fur babies here. They are upfront with fees. It is not the lowest cost vet clinic in town. But, many have learned the sad fact that your pets may receive substandard care at so called \low cost clinics\. I trust Orchard View and plan to keep bringing my pets here!!

We moved to Salem after living in the South for most of my dogs’ younger years. Finding a good vet office, staff and veterinarian is not an easy task. I’m glad I found Orchard View. They’re always booked up, which is a good thing because that means people want and trust their pets going here. Though they’re usually booked full, they’ve always worked with my schedule to find a time to see my dogs during sudden changes or emergencies. Their communication is great, the staff is sweet and helpful, and my dogs do not fear the vet office.

The staff is nice, but communication is poor. Speaking to someone can sometimes be difficult since their line is always busy. Usual replies to voicemails seem to be about 2-3 days at least. I do like the office, and have been taking my pets here for years, but the cost for any service has now become more expensive than other veterinary clinic near by. Wellness exams average 70.00

The staff and service at Orchard View are FANTASTIC, and I only live one mile away, which is definitely a plus. I would still choose Orchard View even if I lived much further away. That's just how good they are. Thank you for the care you provided. Love you all!
