Horrible service! They sent someone to our house on Thursday to give us a quote. I waited until Monday and had not heard anything, so I called. I was told I would hear back with in the hour. Several hours later, still nothing, called again and was told we would hear by then end of the day....Nothing! On Tuesday, still nothing. I called again and my calls kept going to directly to VM, so I called from a different number and she answered. She was VERY RUDE and immature. And once again said she would call with in the hour! At this point there is no way they will get my business. If this is how they treat you when trying to earn your business, I can not imagine how bad the service would be once you actually contracted them.
