First time going here. Apparently it has been owned (Sayde) and operated by the same family for years. It is a nice local place that serves Lebanese food and American food. Very different from most bars you happen across. The atmosphere is somewhat friendly and plenty of seating for a small place. The food was good but I only ordered the Lebanese food. Wanted to try something different and I had no regrets. It seems that there is a lot of locals who come enough to help out but generally speaking. There is only 1 bartender and she doubles as the waitress. It can take a bit to get a drink or service. But all and all, it is local and I will support the local place.

The best part of this place were the regulars. They were friendly, talkative and it seemed like a positive place to be at. To start off the server/waitress was rude from the beginning with no care for customer service. They took over 30 minutes just to bring out pita bread. My table ordered a salad, tabooli and fried food. The wait time was close to an hour and the place was not busy. Just a few regulars drinking. Our order came back with missing sides and when I spoke to the waitress she had only attitude to give and did not care to help us. She never came back to attend our table and was barely attentive to our table to begin with. She might have checked on us once after taking our orders. This should be a bar and only a bar. Do NOT be fooled by their menu online, it is nothing like what they serve. The food was not good at all. We left almost all of our food there at the table when we left and went to a restaurant as soon as we left that place. Food can't be adjusted I get it, you win some you loose some...but they need customer service training. They did not want to hear any of my feedback and instead ignored our table until our bill came out.

Excellent food great portion size. I ended up going on a day they had karaoke and a birthday and the crowd was awesome for the small size. The bartender was very hospitable and even made coffee for me in lieu of drinking alcohol. The fried pickles were crisp inside and the batter was awesome. The steak roll ups were a huge portion and we're very tasty. I wholeheartedly recommend trying the shawarma.
