This was my first time buying scrubs, I brought my 5 year old son with me and the lady was so helpful! I needed a specific size in petite and they were out of a lot of sizes for the colors I was looking for but she looked in the back and found exactly what I needed. We were in there about an hour trying on so many things to make sure they fit correctly. She was so great with my son and so nice! Her name Might have been Lori? I can’t remember. She had dark/medium long hair :) (Also had no problems receiving a discount from my work place.)

Just bought a scrub shirt from there and it was thirty dollars went back Wednesday because I had wash it before putting it on and it looked so Raggedy for 30 bucks no way went back and unfortunately they couldn’t do anything about it left it there and Im not going back rather buy them at Walmart where they last a bit longer wouldn’t give them one star but had to to be able to post this so if you need scrubs just buy them at Walmart or somewhere cheaper trust me they will last longer

I was appalled at the service. No greetings when we entered and there was only one other customer in the store. When I inquired about not recieving any coupons or rewards in the mail or email, she looked up my information then directed me to look online for the customer service number and call them instead for help. The customer service number only assists with online orders. When I reentered the store and approached the employee about what customer service said, the employee called her manager. The whole time she was on the phone, she kept rolling her eyes and laughing as she walked around the store. She didn't take our concerns seriously at all. She hung up and said there was nothing they could do help us get coupons or my rewards. Terrible service.

Both times I’ve been in here Heather has been wonderful. She helps just enough and then leaves me to do my thing, which I appreciate. She was super helpful in ordering what I needed since they didn’t have my size! Surprised by the negative reviews
