We're currently renting a storage container through Simple Box and are so happy we decided to go with them! Communication was prompt, easy and very helpful when we called with an inquiry. We weren't able to be at the drop-off location when delivery was scheduled, but it was no problem! The driver called to double check and everything was effortless and smooth! The container is spacious, secure, and very affordable. We feel very comfortable continuing to rent from them until we find our next home!

Brittney was great to work with. Super customer service skills. Fast responses, easy to work with, helpful. We were a little bit worried about the 20' container delivery, because it was a little tricky we thought to get it to the spot we wanted the box, but the driver showed up and within 20 Minutes this box was parked and he hit the road again. I can only recommend this company. Any time again. Thank you very much.
Jay and Brittany were exceptional to work with and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will contact them first when I order anymore shipping containers. Also, I have worked around shipping and receiving most of my life and Jay is hands down the best driver I have ever seen. He made, what I thought would be a difficult delivery, seem like child's play. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
They were really nice and able to get me what I needed, when I needed it and picked up when I wanted. They even had awesome shelves to rent too that were inexpensive and saved me time in boxing loose stuff. They were the cheapest of all the places I contacted (best of 4). The driver was nice and encouraged me to be particular about where I wanted it and placed it with ease. I was not paid or offered anything for my review, I just had a great experience and wanted to shed some light on this great company, the Salem location anyhow. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
We needed temporary dry lockable accessable storage and Simple Box was perfect. They were quick to deliver and pick up and they were able to place the conx exactly where I wanted it. It was very affordable and I could not be happier with the product and the service.
