The gentleman who was working that day was an impersonable man, only interested in the sale, and he was a mess. Shirt untucked, tie all disheveled, wrinkly clothes. He really didn't put out a good picture for the store. Was disappointed in the prices and how high they were.

Don' t buy anything from this company unless you enjoy really bad customer service. Once the sale is made and the money is received, they treat you like dirt. They will not even call you to confirm their delivery date and then when you call them and get a time and date, they don't show up. You call them and they give you the cable television treatment. They tell you they'll show up when they want, sometime between x and y. Mattresses are expensive and we got a top line model. To then expect your customers to sit around and wait all day for delivery is not right. We could have bought it from the big, new chain store in town. But we decided to go with the local company. Big mistake! P. S. We were told we we were getting such bad delivery treatment because we were in Salem, Ohio. Then why do you have a store down here?

To have a company staying true to the community is very important. We always should try and make sure we patronize an establishment that pays taxes and helps build up local commerce. These guys know what they're doing and wouldn't have been in business for years if they didn't do what it takes to keep the community happy.
