I hesitate on ratings, however this time I had to say something. Very poor communication between myself and staff. Measured multiple directions for a brace. Staff member stated \sometimes we need to coach the doctors office for what to say to get what you need\. Two weeks, no call. I follow proactively, hmmm... Response was we didn't get what we needed. We're calling your doctor again. OK. It was another week and a half. Meanwhile, I'm experiencing real pain in my knee. At last I make my third follow up call. Miraculously it just arrived! Appointment day arrives after five to six weeks. Their staff, same person greets me and presents a brace no better than the far more comfortable ACE product purchased at Walmart. I asked the man wheres the brace you custom measured me for. Response, \this was all your insurance would pay for.\ No communication from Summit to me, so that could have been proactive with my doctor to get what I need. Can't wear the generic sleeve in a box provided. Hurts after two hours, and I'm still in pain daily. Terrible...

My husband and I came in here for his insole fitting. The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. We were seeing Within 10 minutes and the waiting room was clean and comfortable.
