If you have to spend 5 hours on a Saturday in CPR training, you want to spend it with Tony and Donna. The class was very organized, easy to find and detailed. Great interaction with class. Kept the training moving forward and took extra time with those who needed it. Made people feel comfortable with the learning process. Quick to follow up with questions when asked online. Overall a great experience with knowledgeable trainers.

Haven't taken the class yet. But I signed up last night for the wronge class called and left a voicemail this morning that I needed to switch classes and they respond before noon. And switched my class for me. Great customer service . I am sure the class will be great as well nothing but good reviews
I was notified by my employer that my BLS certification had expired and I was not able to work until it was renewed. It was in the afternoon about 6PM when I arrived at home and started looking for classes I called the number and spoke with Tony who graciously made a class for me for the following morning. The class consisted of only myself and Tony the instructor I felt very thankful that he did this for me. The class was very thorough and professional he mad sure I understood the information and was actively participating with me since it was just the both of us. This was all more than I could have expected and would gladly renew my certification with them again.
Great experience. I was trained by Tony Ramirez for my BLS certificate. He offered us coffee and any breaks we needed and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole class. The class itself was very thorough and professional. I felt very capable as the instructor made certain to work with everyone’s knowledge and pace. Not only was I able to get my certificate, I also was able to experience an enjoyable environment that made me eager to learn more. After taking this class I feel very confident in my CPR abilities and BLS training. Overall I was very satisfied with the environment, instructor, and class.
