Great sales pitch, “Certified Installer”, “been doing this over 30 years”, and on and on and on..... He will appear more than gracious in “doing you a favor”. You will endure continual memory recall lapses which he’ll spend more time than it’s worth telling you that”he never said that”. Our experience felt like a bunch of trade school students on a field trip that if left unsupervised turned into a free for all. The household cameras revealed the owner sleeping on the floor, vaping some type of oil pen, stopping work to listen in on house owner’s conversations for other work features. When owner furnishes material BEWARE, there WILL be lots and lots of bad cuts for excessive waste/un-useable material! Vocally Loud, does not respect your personal property or personal space. And daily cleanup left a lot to be desired. Work went ALOT slower than expected. And when they did not have proper tools, they use yours if unattended. Flooring installation ok, but areas requiring professional cuts for fitting, fell short. Once trim out started, oh my, gaps, bad termination points and just embarrassing results. This company will jump and holler to convince you he knows what you want. Will go as far to listen to what you want (even when you show him pictures) but turn around and install what and how he wants! DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you really enjoy undoing and redoing the finish work.
