These are some of the best people that you'll ever do business with. Do what they recommend, it will be perfect and probably last longer than you. They'll show up the next year and change all your filters to keep your system running perfectly and producing the best water. I would give 10 stars.

I had a great experience with Alpine Culligan for my softener and reverse osmosis system install. Carl helped answer all of my questions about how the system worked and completed the install in one day. He was very kind and went above and beyond on customer service!

I paid this company 3,000 to install a softening and filtration system on my home. Carl was pretentious and condescending to my wife and myself during the install process. After installation my wife and I woke up at 4am to what sounded like the basement flooding. I turned off the softening system because I thought it was malfunctioning. I emailed Carl to let him know there was a problem. He emailed me back saying that the system was regenerating at that since I had interrupted it I would have to manually regenerate the system. He never told us that this was a thing to expect during install. I asked him how to do that and he referred me to the owners manual. After researching it I found out that I just needed to push a button. Carl could have just told me that but he chose not to. Since my system has been installed it’s been constantly draining 24/7. My well pump installer stated that this could potentially drain my well dry. I have since contacted the Culligan in Englewood and will happily pay them a little extra to do maintenance on my pump. I would recommend that others do the same.

Very responsive and helpful. They do what they say they will do when they say they are going to do it.
