Curbside order pickup, during a pandemic, during negative temperatures - and this clown Austin forces me to come inside to sign even though I provided a photo ID, access to my account on my phone, and have been picking up orders here since 2011. Said it was due to the value of the order 349. I laughed as I had just picked up a 900 notebook just a week before without any signature. Maybe consider why you even have curbside and retrain this guy??? Either way Staples sells online.
