I'I well be 74 on the 31, I come every other day with my Grandaughter daughter son in law and her little friend .there is some that can't do. My goal is to be down to and wear a size 16. Every one is so nice, and feel safe coming in with the virus as bad as it is.

Stop doing 24hrs, I'm open to work out during over nights well after 10 anyways pretty sure I'm not only one in salina. Now im not sure if covid-19 was main factor for these new hours. I just like to join and lose these jelly fat. O figure it's cheaper to go with yall instead buying free weights, machine weights etc is all.
