I was going to load my truck there on a Saturday. They said they close at 3:00 pm. I asked the guy if he could wait til 5:00 pm. He told me he would only wait til 4:30. I begged and pleaded for him to wait 30 more minutes. He refused. I was willing to pay him for his Over Time. Didnt care. I ended up having to pay the driver 250 to wait the next day.

Checked in at 1530 got a door at 2030 waited for 45 minutes for loader to show up and never did so I went back to truck. Then they loaded me on a green light and now I'm waiting for someone to come and fix the pattern of the pallets.

I had no problems. I was dreading this place after reading all the reviews. Checked in at 0930. Out by 1045. Some of these reviews are negative but I also read that they went to the office every hour to check on their status. I learned years ago: be polite, ask the right questions, don't argue. Trucks around me were there before me. Idk their situation but stay calm. I've worked in warehouses too. There's much more going on than being lazy. You have to count, stack etc before putting it on the truck. Cut this place some slack.

Fresh avenue window boasts first come first serve but watch all the truck show up after and take door first never less than a 5 hour wait with(2)trucks ahead
