Gilbert Shrum

Either his business is too successful or he simply doesn't care to retain residential service. Like others, on multiple occasions, Jesse ghosted us but then would show up weeks later. I put up with it because his team did a great job when they did show up and their prices were reasonable. I've tried on multiple occasions to get them to do additional work for me at my parents and in-laws house but to no avail. Most recently, I've tried restarting service and no response after two months of trying. Very unfortunate loss of business.
