I went to this facility to receive a Covid19 test as I was traveling to Boston to see my sick brother. I was able to get the test done while staying in my car. I took the test on Tuesday morning and had the results by Thursday morning (48 hours). Their onsite staff were very friendly and Alyssa from their office followed up with results via email. She was incredibly understanding, efficient and professional. What a great clinic! I highly recommend!

Family members have been here for general urgent care needs and have had good experiences. However, when I came recently for a COVID test, I was charged 175 for the same test that CVS said my insurance would cover (and did cover). It also took four days for me to receive my test results, and when the lab emailed me the results, the results were password-protected without any indication of what that password might be. Maybe it's fine to go here for urgent care/treatment, but I highly suggest CVS (I received my test results in 24 hours) or another place for COVID testing.

Took my son here after he hurt his wrist/arm snowboarding. It was Friday at 5:00. Got an x-ray and the NP, Saumya, was excellent. The bad news, it was a fracture, but they did a great job. We were in and out with a digital copy of the x-ray, a splint, and a referral for an Orthopedic consult in 45 minutes. Saumya was very accommodating and offered us any assistance we needed.

Took my daughter to Ascent care in Saline, she had developed an extremely perilous lip infection, with her right cheek swollen up all the way to her eye.Despite the snowstorm, Dr Ashgar arrived quickly and treated my daughter with very swift and sense of urgency, thus avoiding her being hospitalized. 3-4 days later she was completely healed and returned to school. I strongly recommend Dr Ashgar!!!

I would highly recommend this urgent care. We flew into Michigan with our daughter to drop her at U Michigan and soon after we landed she developed a high fever, body aches and severe chills. I called the urgent care in the morning and they were very nice explaining their procedures and how the doctor would come outside and triage her to determine if she needed a covid or strep test. When we arrived, the staff came outside right away and after very little wait time the doctor returned to triage my daughter and determined she needed a strep test. She was brought inside and they examined her and then tested positive for strep. The doctor came back and explained everything to us and was very kind. I very much appreciated their kind, caring approach and we would definitely go back if we had further issues.
