MMI Engineered Solutions is a great place to work. I worked there in the summer of 2019 as a Human Resource intern. As soon as a position opened up in the HR department, they contacted me to apply. Now I work there full-time and I enjoy it for many reasons: They offer competitive wages and a great benefit plan with lots of options. They offer great work/life balance, especially for a manufacturing company. The company cares their employees’ health and happiness. Therefore, they try their best to accommodate most needs. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. If you have any questions they will help you. Most people understand that you are new, so they don’t try to put pressure on you. MMI Engineered Solutions is an amazing company to work for. My past and current experience with them has been great. People are amazing and funny.

Drivers! Use the drive BEFORE R&B plastics machinery to get easy dock access to MMI. There lot is small and if there are no trucks you can blindside, but to save time on your elog, use the drive at R&B. Follow it around to MMI and Bam! Smooth sailing! The shipping office is directly in front of you when you walk in the door. The staff here are very nice if you treat them respectfully. They will load you quick if you don't get rude with them.

Arrived early for pick up.....been in dock for 3 hours and still haven’t been touch. Stay away from this place Otr guys, the local loads get unloaded or loaded before you will.
