My experience with 101 Mobility from beginning to end was great. Lisa listened to what I required and followed through, very quickly. Michael, the technician, who installed the chair lift was Very pleasant an patient when explaining how the controls worked. I intend to use 101 Mobility when I require a chair lift. Great experience.

The Bruno Curved Stairlift is an amazing product. I researched different stairlifts for over two years. I am an electrical engineer and I appreciate a great design. One of the very interesting design factors that I appreciate, is that the gear teeth are located below the track rollers, so the seat and the rider are carried by the rollers and not the gear teeth, as other products are designed to do. Also, you don't see ugly gear teeth. The ride is fast, 50 seconds on mine going up and very smooth. We bought it mainly because we don't have a bedroom downstairs and now we can stay in our home much longer. Finally, it is very useful to bring laundry and other items up and down our curved stairway. In the past we were concerned one of us would fall carrying the laundry. That problem has been solved. It is worth the money. Our local installer in Charlotte, 101 Mobility, did a wonderful job installing our unit. Very professional. Lisa Hill, is the local owner and is great to work with. She will keep working until you are completely satisfied. If you want a quality stairlift Bruno is the way to go. Faith & John
Te were on time quick ,friendly and not try to sell me more than I need,I can'y wait to have my ramp installed so I can go outside and get fresh air and sunshine
