The staff are always amazing. The selection is fair, the prices are a bit high. Store is clean and organized. Clothing quality is higher than normal(Walmart etc) but still wears and tears faster than I'd expect for the price. Still will buy my clothes here vs any other store.

Store is clean, well laid out. Disappointed that they're not carrying what they used to but the gal was very helpful in not only finding me the right Style/size pant but also a great sale. Very happy shopping experience. I would recommend.

I came in to return a lot of items for my wife today. It was A LOT! The staff as polite and professional,and despite computer issues and having to enter over 25 items in the system.. Twice (due to malfunction) they remained nice and polite. The process because of the computer issues took almost an hour and forty-five minutes. I want to thank them for their professionalism and support in getting these items returned.

Torrid earned a customer for life last night! After being the only customer in the competition's store and totally ignored, I drove to the mall and received the BEST customer service (and I'm picky after working 20 years in retail) imaginable. I cheerfully spent what I had planned to at LB and even more because someone took the time to do a bra fitting for me and help me find other items I was looking for. The ladies working last night capitalized on a customer service nightmare that they knew nothing about and created customer loyalty just by doing their jobs and helping a customer.

Loved that the clothes are beautifully styled, with wonderful colors and materials. Finally a store for real people to shop in and not feel bad about themselves. Higher prices than I can afford, but when I can save up and splurge on myself...this is where I want to go
