Had great service for better part of the year. Got a email aboutmaintenance being done. Soon after my internet just started going down every hour or two. They said it was my router. But a new one for 80. It didn't work. Neither did the 5 others I exchanged it for. None of them even get a signal but old one does. They claim my gateway is locked to my other router but aren't smart enough to remove said block so new router can connect. Just try to charge you 30 as soon as you've had multiple people there. Don't waste your time or money they don't care.

I am new to Diamond net used service for several days. So far so good. Speed and services are excellent. Recommend this internet provider. I did not accept their router and I am using dual band high-quality router.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Service is extremely unreliable making it impossible to work from home or take tests for online classes. If you are unlucky enough to have to call them you can expect the rudest person you have ever spoken to on the other end of the line. You call someone making minimum wage who believes she is the Queen of England. Save yourself time, hassle, and verbal abuse and just go with someone else.
