This shop had a single copy of a book I wanted that was not available in Canada from the publisher. Kristen noticed that I started an order but did not complete it and wrote to make sure that I was aware of not completing it. When I told her that the postage to Canada was more than I was willing to pay, she offered another delivery option at a lower price, and worked with me to come up with a way to complete the order. I was very impressed by how responsive she was, and that she even contacted me to begin with. And that her latest email was way after normal business hours. I would definitely go a little out of my way to visit this shop if I am ever in the area.
