Had an emergency at about 2 am and called them for assistance with a lock-out. The first call I made, they hung up immediately. i called back and gave all my information and was told a technician would contact me within 5-10 minutes. After 30 min, there was no call so i called back. I was told again that a technician would call in me in 5-10 minutes. 2.5 hours later I solved my own issue and never received a call back. Poor service, would not recommend them in any kind of emergency situation.

Charged 250 to drill a doorknob that the locksmith made no attempt to pick or try to find other solutions. The guy was from Israel he said, also if they state that your lock is a “smart lock” it’s actually just to confuse you. A true locksmith with attempted to pick any lock. To the guy working like this, you’ll be paid in your karma in your next life for scamming people. But that’s your choice, god will be the one to decide what your judgement is.
Extremely weird experience with them. I locked my keys in my car, and I called them to pop the door open. They matched the price of a competitor, which was awesome! The tech was very fast, super helpful, and generally awesome. However, the dispatcher called me after the service had been performed and yelled (literally yelled, I don't remember the last time another adult yelled at me) about how I swindled him and that he didn't agree to the price I was charged (he did). Weird customer service strategy, I was ready to use them to make duplicates of my fob car keys, but now I will definitely not be using them.
Locked me keys in my car around 9pm. Got a quick response and the tech was on his way shortly after the call. Arrived in a timely manor and it probably took him less than 10 mins to get my car open. Now, the price it what was outrageous. I paid nearly 200 for this service which I thought was very expensive.
I highly reccomend this company, i have called 15 companies trying to find the best prices and best service. Other companies never returned calls and were so expensive. I called their company, they gave me the best service, the best price, and were so fast. I will definitely use this company in the future if needed. They are professional, fast, and easy.
Do Not Use This Company! I needed a new key fob programmed on a Sunday. They gave me a time and didn’t show up. I rescheduled for the next morning and the tech would not answer the phone that next morning. I called a different company. When the tech showed up late he was angry with me for calling someone else. He yelled at me calling me names and cursing as he drove away.
