We rented a Mercedes for our weekend in Salt Lake. We loved the smooth ride and rolling in style for the duration of our trip! Would highly recommend renting from them. The pick up and drop off at the airport is super easy with the shuttle. The communication from the company is also spot on. We will definitely be returning customers
Jay was awesome for our trip! He had an issue with the initial vehicle we rented, but still ensured we had a vehicle (an even better one I might add) for our trip and did not make us pay the difference. I would 100% rent from him again.
The process of booking with Golden Luxury Auto was easy from start to finish. Pick up/drop off instructions were simple and super convenient. Our host, Jay, was easy to get a hold of and was on top of maintaining communication through messaging. The vehicle was clean and in exceptional working order. I highly recommend booking your vehicle through Golden Luxury Auto!!!
Jay communicated everything we needed in a timely manner. The car was very nice and in good shape to be able to drive on Utah winter roads to Park City from the airport. We will definitely be booking with him again the next time we plan a trip up there.
Turo and Jay are wonderful. Clear instructions. Beautiful, clean car. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend, especially if you are going to Park City to ski. Turo and Jay were 50% cheaper (I booked last minute) than regular rental cars. So grateful to have found them through Turo. Keep up the great service Jay!
