Quality service, great prices and best of all is their warranty. Mo's a stud too. He's always willing to take a look and see what he can do to help. I refer everybody to these guys. It was a mechanic friend who referred me to them in the first place.
I went in twice to have them rebuild my starter. My mechanic sent me in there because that is who he uses. I went in and told them exactly what was going on with the starter and they said he didn't know what he was talking about. I took it to another mechanic and was told the exact same thing. The guy I spoke to was condescending, arrogant and very rude. When he asked me what he wanted me to do, I said to rebuild my starter. I could do it myself but don't have the time. He said it was a waste of time. Now it looks like I'll be making the time. Thanks for nothing!
This is the second time I've gotten my auto emissions test done at Orem Auto Electric. They charge 20 for emissions-only, which is a good deal. This time I asked if they could also check out the car's fuses because none of my plugin chargers were working. Within 5 min he found two fuses were blown and put in new ones. When I went to pay he said, No charge for replacing the fuses. Both times I've been there I see a steady stream of people come in with their various broken starters, motors and alternators and it's cool to listen to the expertise as they discuss with each customer.
Mo is the owner, and he is a great guy! He came off pretty uptight right at the start, but once I got talking to him, he was a pretty cool guy. He was able to find what was wrong and instead of telling me I had to replace the part, he offered to make it work with what was already there for a lot cheaper! I would suggest this place to anyone!
Mo came in on Saturday (his day off) to fix my car because there's not a good car electric repair in the SLC. He found the problem and fixed it in under 20 minutes. Needless to say, I made sure the tip was more than the bill. A fantastic place and great service!
I had them do some electrical work on my 99 Civic. They did a great job. I was worried that if I took it to a shop they would take a long time figuring out what the problem was and I would get charged a bunch for that. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. They were up front about the costs and how long it would take them.
Happy with the fix on my car. It was done very fast!
