Bad customer service, my item was a bit damaged and they only exchanged the item. I had to wait for my glasses for a while because of this and they made ME pay for shipping to return the damaged glasses AND they charged me for shipping out the replacement! Bad way to keep your customers. I definitely would not recommend them unless you want to be taken advantage of
