The people are very friendly and helpful here. We were lucky to be the last customers the day we went and we only made it because of the kindness of an employee. No passports are submitted after 4pm. The only reason I rate it 4 stars is the payment methods for your passport are very limited. You must have check, cashier check, or money order. No other method of payment for your passport is accepted. The processing fee however, may be paid by credit card.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Passport office! I came in with my family of four and they helped us without any complaints about the large workload we brought to them. We would have been out of there quickly, but we filled out our applications in blue ink the first time. Make sure you use black ink, everyone!

Yes, it's a government agency, so I expected the worst. These ladies were very friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions, and got me in and out in under an hour with 6 people ahead of me in the queue. I don't usually bother to write reviews but I was pleasantly surprised.

No employees. I waited about 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Hours say 8am, but nobody was there at 8:50am
