SameDay did an inspection on my furnace. The tech was very knowledgeable in his work and did a great job. They had to install a motor and do some other things. SameDay upgraded my furnace so it runs much better This is the second time I have used SameDay. They did some work on my air conditioner last spring. SameDay fixed a lot of problems that my installer made when he installed the unit. I will not mention their name, however I was very unhappy and will never use that company again. Thank goodness I found SameDay.

I ended up only paying for diagnosis (which was actually way too much for what ended up happening), as I was quoted for over 2000 (incorrectly, as I was able to fix the problem for less than 30). The tech also suggested updating my whole system, which would have obviously been a waste of money. After he left I found out he let a bunch of refrigerant/oil out of my condenser, which is a great way to break it and refrigerant is not cheap. I also found that the cover to my evaporator was not secured correctly, he only put back 1 out of 8 screws. On top of that he put the cover on incorrectly. Edit: I was contacted and given a refund, so good customer service.

Our A/C went out last year, and we waited until now to get it fixed. Someone came out within 24 hours of our original call and let us know we’d need a whole new system (furnace and A/C). We were able to get a quote on multiple systems in the same day, got a good deal on the system and fully installed within the week. Tom was great to show and explain what our options were. Mike and Brody did the install, including removing the old system, and a full walkthrough of the changes. Great service and we really appreciated the friendliness and timelines.

I’m very disappointed with same day heating and air. We had an issue with our furnace and called to have it repaired. The technician stated that several major components needed to be replaced and he left us with a recommended 1,500 repair. I didn’t feel right about it and decided to get a second opinion. Another knowledgeable company came the same day and had our furnace running perfectly within an hour. When we showed him the recommend repairs from Same Day Heating and Air he used this analogy: “when you have a headache you take medication, you don’t cut off your head” same day heating and air was trying to “cut off our head” with several completely unnecessary repairs that would also take days to complete while we waited for parts leaving my three young children freezing without heat. To say I am furious would be an understatement. We ended up paying 150 for our repair and our babies are currently toasty warm, thank goodness for second opinions! I don’t often leave reviews but I really hope this saves someone else from an unnecessary massive repair and a wasted service charge. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!! -Chris

Jenny and Mike were both amazing! Jenny came out to take a look at my furnace issues. She was very polite and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. Mike came out to give me a price on a new furnace and ac unit, both units were very reasonably priced. Both Mike and Jenny were very honest and not pushy what so ever. I'm so happy I called this company. I am very pleased with all of the work that was done. I also had Julio out to look at my plumbing issue and he was very professional and friendly. He fixed the issue within an hours time and cleaned up nicely as well. Very pleased with everything they did for me today. Thank you!!
