Was on the phone trying to get information about my court. The lady that answered wasn’t so nice. She was rude from the beginning. I asked her why she was being so mean then she hung up on me. Not sure why people feel like they can treat people with so much disrespect. Praying for you.

Terrible experience. They killed the relationship with my three boys. Clueless about parental alienation.

I got a jury summons and called every night. I LISTENED TO THEIR RECORDING EVERY NIGHT - THE FULL RECORDING. It was my first jury summons and it was confusing. I received a pink "failure to report for jury service" in the mail. I tried calling them. I got a recording that eventually hung up. DO HUMAN BEINGS ACTUALLY WORK AT THE THIRD DISTRICT COURT? Maybe it was my mistake, but it would sure be nice to speak with a person at the court who could help. PATHETIC!

Lots of procrastination, rude clerks with attitude and slow processing time. They hire people who do not value people's time and energy. To start off, the filing clerk did not review my case carefully enough which had me go back to revise it myself causing a 24 hour delay on the case. Not to mention I called the judge's office in which the clerk hung up on me and brushed me off. I paid you a hefty fee, and you are taking that fee and not doing your job. Working for the court doesn't automatically entitle you to being "fair, just or righteous". You are civil servants who have the hopes of the people, please keep your integrity intact and get rid of your child-like attitude and procrastination.
