Do not buy anything here! Worst customer service ever! I received a pair of 800 loafers as a gift that didn't fit properly and they wouldn't return them cause I tried them on! And the. I bought an expensive belt and the buckle broke a few months later and even though it was u see warranty y they wanted to charge me 100 dollars to fix it!?! Rude rude workers - please save your money and buy from neiman or Nordstrom where you will be treated with proper customer service. If I owned that store I would fire every employee there and apologize to people
The staffs in this store are very rude and impolite. When I asked to changed the shoes' size after I purchased them, they refused to do so and even gave the customer no chance to speak. All are extremely rude include the saleswoman and GM. This top brand isn't with top service. I am really sad!!
