What an AMAZING service KSENIYA provided from this Ferragamo store. I wanted an item that was sold out online, and this was the only boutique that carried it. Even though the product I purchased was not the most expensive item from Ferragamo, Kseniya still went above and beyond to delight me. I requested a shopping bag with the purchase, and she included two, along with a blank gift card and a customized note from her wishing me a wonderful holiday season. She sent the package that same day, and I received it home the following day, which was splendid! Additionally, Kseniya updated me with text messages about the tracking number and additional details. I am extremely pleased with the service she provided and will most definitely keep coming back to shop at Ferragamo in the future! BTW, I loved my purchase too! Thank you again!

Beautiful and qualitative bags with unique design for each taste. I went there and bought a bag for a gift and I loved the product. It deserves a 4 star Review. The colours, materials and detailing of their bags are chosen carefully and helps ppl match their style and extravagance.
