Do not go to this place. They’re closed and the returning date is unknown. You’ll only know that by going to the building and peeking in to see the sign on the door. They don’t have the smarts to (1) update their website to say they’re closed, (2) update that on their Google business, (3) or to have that as a voice message when you call.

We paid for 5-business-day service and received the passport for our son in 3 business days. You do pay double the price of a normal expedited passport for their service. But the alternative is to go spend 6-7 hours at the Dallas passport office and still have to pay 240. And if u don’t have everything required for the Dallas office then it’ll take even longer! With this passport agency, u just show up: they fill out the paperwork for u, they take the photo for u, they get everything in order. You just have to run it to a post office and ur done. If we happen to not pay attention again and let a passport expire right before an international trip, then we’ll be back!

I called ahead to confirm the fees I would need to pay. The representative assured me of the accuracy of the amounts, given my specific situation. When we got there, they quoted me over twice as much as he had said over the phone. This was a huge inconvenience, as we had to drive a long distance, yet he blew us off as if it was not his problem. I suggest going the conventional way, to a sub courthouse to make sure you are not getting scammed with charged with superfluous fees.

I've seen lots of bad reviews saying customer service was bad and people having problems getting their passports on time. Naturally I was skeptical. HOWEVER, I was highly impressed with how quickly everything went by and their customer service. I had questions with paperwork and they did not seem to get frustrated at all. They helped me with a smile and again...I was highly impressed. I would highly recommend to anyone I know.
