I chose Sami because I did not feel pressured to sign with them right away like I did with other companies. They were so helpful with the entire process and made everything easy. I have loved my time here! Maintenance is great, and so is all of the staff!

Really great service! You have an issue, like fridge not working right, they work with you to fix it. People are nice in person and over the phone, so overall great service!
Have enjoyed the property I currently live at and just signed a new lease with them at a different property. I have had no complaints about the place or this company. Have enjoyed renting through them!
One of the leasing agents (Natalie) was extremely helpful. She showed me several different places within my budget & picked out what she thought would suit me. 12/10 would recommend
Meg was super helpful with explaining the lease process and the expenses! This is my first time leasing an apartment and transferring to ISU. She responded very fast and explained really well what comes in the apartment! I cannot wait to live in the SAMI apartments this fall!
