Best Italian deli in town! This place is nostalgic for me, growing up my grandmother lived down the street on Terrace, so I have memories of walking to Sam's to have lunch with her. Brings back great memories along with the good eats!!

Sam's always has THE BEST sandwiches in Fresno. The selection of unique sodas is fun. The choices of Italian pastries completes the deal.

Grab a number, wait in line, order the best sandwich you can imagine, pick out some sides, & wait to enjoy a Fresno staple. The horseradish mayo that comes with the steak sandwich isn't horseradish-y enough for me, but that doesn't mean it isn't delicious 10/10 (they also have one gluten-free wrap option, but would prefer a gluten-free sourdough bread instead).

It was very crowded the day I went. Line was extremely long. But it went pretty quick. Some workers were very pleasant and others could use some work on their people skills. My food was done really fast and it tasted great too. A lil pricey but not too bad.
