I recently bought a washing machine went to use it and it was leaking Mike (the guy that delivered it) turned around and came right back and put a different hose on. Then it made a very loud grinding noise (it's now after hours) called back the next morning that they would be out to look at it on Friday, I was a little upset that we had to wait 4 days for them to come look at a washer they just delivered on Monday! It is what it is, we waited until Chris (the tech) to come on Friday. All it was is the piece of metal on the bottom got pushed up when they put it on the dolly to move it into my garage and with the weight of the load it rubber on the metal, an easy fix. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Really great service. Family oriented and ran. Great conversation and was professional with mask and gloves. Had a leaking washer. Had to replace it. Was able to get a great deal on a used washer they had on the truck. Now we can wash the many loads tht have piled up. Thx guys!!!!

First, family owned business’s are amazing. Nothing like having family around at all times to help keep your shop going. I love that! Definitely can’t say thank you enough too Sam and his family for treating us so good and making sure we got taken care of! We got the appliances we were looking for... For a great price on top of that! They deliver. Accepted Apple Pay. Weren’t pushy at all. We will most definitely be going back to sams wether it’s to buy more appliances or repairs.
