Super disappointed that my pretzel was so hard it was difficult to tear, muchless chew.. couldnt even eat anymore.
Horrible service by one of the managers on duty named Katy. She said there was a 10 minute wait on my order. As I waited another customer complained about his order and asked for his money back and left very upset. As I waited, the so called manager was too busy talking to a friend at the counter and looking through her phone. More than 10 minutes were up and I asked how much longer and she realized she had forgotten all about my order. I was upset and asked for my money back and I dont think I will ever come back this place of business. The service is horrible. Update: 07/2018 About 3 days after my review this locations general manager/director contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me coupons to give them another chance. They were very very professional, the manager made it very clear that they value their customers and were going to do everything necessary to fix the situation. I went back today (about 2 months later) and the service was way better and although the cashier wasn't too sure about honoring my free meal vouchers, the manager stepped in promptly and took care of the situation and got my order out very fast. It's great seeing how this business has improved and very delighted with how the whole situation was taken care of.
Waited more than 5 minutes for anyone to greet me. I finally had to ask if they were even opened. I asked for a medium pretzel bite and the girl said we do t have any. She then pulled the tray out of the oven and goes “oh they burned” and threw them in the trash. She didn’t apologize or anything. Very disappointing
