I couldn't agree more with all of the POSITIVE comments that are posted. I have dealt with this company for at least 20 years and the experience is as amazing today as it was back then. I appreciate the quality of the merchandise, the personal experience with each employee and their willingness to help in any capacity. Joann has answered all my emails quickly and the guys in the store were just as helpful. I would highly recommend people check out this Pool company. You will not regret it! Two Great experiences at this fun, family owned store. They have EVERYTHING I could need, and today helped me with what I THOUGHT was a blown pump. Whew, it was grass!!! Back to the pool

From my initial call with Joann and Brian through installation and now regular maintenance, they are there for you every step of the way. Their customer service and follow up skill set is amazing! They NEVER make you feel like you are on this new adventure alone. Joann was AMAZING, extremely transparent and always shared special tips and documents that made the entire process seamless. The extra added seminar to familiarize you with your purchased product and the ability to have your water tested and diagnosed immediately is a great add. A-Tex Above Ground Pools are my pool people for life.

Called to ask for information about their pools on Monday they had several, called Wednesday same week and the guy that answered the phone said they were sold out. I asked when will you be getting more in he said March of next year, tried to thank him for his time then he just hung up. Not sure if he is the owner but glad his business is doing so well to afford to be rude to future customers.
