They are really disrespectful and they are not helpful at all. I went to them about 3 times and the last time was the last chance i could give them. my appointment was at 10am and I checked out my kids from school to go and we waited there for 2 hours just to see the doctor because we wanted a simple referral she didn’t even stay in the room for 5 mins then we were leaving and i checked the papers they gave me and my daughters name was written wrong so i went to correct it and the lady at the front desk asked me to see all her paperwork because she didn’t believe she was my daughter and we had to sit for an extra 30 mins. Don’t recommend them at allll!!!!

I came out positive for Covid so naturally I needed to get my son tested. I was scheduled in same day and so convenient from my vehicle to ensure everyone’s safety. He was negative on the rapid test and we were giving information on how to handle our situation. We are waiting on results for the culture.

Both my babies love seeing Dr. Rayala. He makes my little ones feel comfortable and is sure to answer any questions I have! We’ve been seeing him since my 4 year old was first born. I wish they would open a location in Schertz!

My son was diagnosed with ADHD and has some autism concerns as well. Dr. Rayala is the best pediatrician I have ever had. He is kind and patient and extremely straightforward about what is best for your child. I commend any doctor that waits to diagnose children so early. he’s also not so quick to throw medication at your child. I remember crying in his office about my son and he was so warm and understanding with patients and their parents who have no idea where to go with their children. My family and I have moved to Austin Texas and I still make the hour drive just to come to see him. I will continue to do so.
