I've been going to Alamo Hearing for 4 years - my NeuroENT specifically choose Alamo H&A. I have a combo of neurological problems and ight hand shooter\ hearing loss. Holly checked my hearing and discussed various options...and arranged a payment plan for the aids I chose. Tinnitus actually went away in one ear. I went back frequently for tweaking hearing aid issues and they will fit me in the same day if necessary. They listen, they never rush me. Holly is very knowledgeable and obviously cares. My service dog Buffy enjoys the visits, too. Alamo A&H doesn't try to sell you a bill of goods - only what you need.

Staff is extremely rude & racist. I'm not sure why, San Antonio is over 60% minority so you would think white people would be used to a diverse populous by now. I was given a hearing test here, there was no follow up even though the audiologist discovered hearing loss in both my ears. Stay away from this place if you are a minority.

Caring, professional care for both the person and their hearing aids.

Holly Spiser Foley, the audiologist, was so professional and attentive to my hearing loss needs and was able to fit me with the latest, best hearing aids on the market. Great service and at the same time, very caring and kind, professional staff.

They did some ear impressions for me recently that I sent to Sensaphoniscs to make some earplugs. I had checked with the company to find their \approved\ audiologists in the area and Alamo Hearing was one of them. Everything went smoothly. Once done the doctor gave me the impressions in a small Sensaphonics labelled box, prepaid postage, already addressed to Sensaphonic's P.O. Box. I mailed the package via USPS immediately. I checked with Sensaphonics and they report that, not only did they not receive a package, they haven't used a P.O. Box for over 15 years. I called Alamo Hearing and spoke with a secretary about the mix-up. She confirmed that I should get another set of impressions free of charge. She called me back before the appointment to say that the doctor refused to redo the impressions for free. She would instead give me a \discount\ bringing the price down to 70. I'm rescheduling with another Audiologist who will do the impressions for 25. I suggest you do the same.
