I can only speak for my own experience. Setting up an appointment was a pain. I called and was forwarded to a voicemail immediately around 11:30am on a Monday. It wasn’t until 9pm Monday night that I received a text message with my appointment time scheduled for Tuesday, the very next day, at 3:30pm. The building is tucked all the way in the back of the little medical complex but after two laps around the complex I found it. I arrived at 3:25pm. The front desk was empty and no one addressed me until 3:35pm. Once the lady manning the front desk reviewed herself, she told me that a gentleman who was schedule for a 4pm appointment was moved ahead of me, simply because he arrived before I did. I found this rather unprofessional because I arrived on time. I asked if I was allowed to use the restroom prior to my appointment because I had been holding it for quite sometime she instructed me to head to the local whataburger to relieve myself. Once I returned, she indicated that I was moved back because I had to use the restroom, when in fact I had been told I was being out on hold prior to asking to use the restroom. If anyone can help it, use a different tox lab. It will save you a headache.

Analytical Tox Lab Corp is unprofessional, disregards federal and state laws, and should be stripped of their contracts and licensing. The photos shown here constitute violations against the law that include HIPAA, code compliance, and discrimination based on gender, and disability. After bringing these concerns up to staff I was asked to leave and was not given the opportunity to complete a drug screen needed for an opportunity with a nonprofit in San Antonio. You cannot leave private patient information out. You cannot tape paper to live electrical outlets because you don’t want others using your electricity as it can cause a fire, and you cant legally throw out a patient because they bring these issues up to your attention. We’re talking: the office is a fire hazard, violations against patient privacy, and discrimination because of my gender and disability. After I was asked to leave I asked for the tech’s name, she refused to provide it, I reminder her she is required to do so because she is licensed by the State of Texas, she refused again. Then asked me to leave.

Ive gone in for a drug screening on several occasions and have disliked almost all of them. The woman at the desk was rude and unhelpful and it was extremely difficult to even make the appointment. I had called 2 days ahead in order to make the appointment and than received a message at 9pm saying i would have to make the appointment the day before, which was extremely inconvenient and stressful, i ended up contacting them the day before and was completely ignored. The only real upside is that you get the results on the same day but the process of even making an appointment with them is an all day thing. I suggest going to oracle tech diagnostics down the street a little. You have to wait the for the results a lil longer but its by far better than dealing with the hassle of these ppl After originally making this post a few months later i was told to go back here for another test and was refused service due to my original poor review. I offered to take down this review and stated that her actions where petty. I was told to look in the mirror. Honestly my experience with this business is the worst ive ever had with anyone. Extremely inconsiderate, inconvenient and unprofessional.

I have never been to Analytical Tox Lab Corp, but where I work, we send applicants to drug test at this facility. I am most impressed with this place because you are able to get results the same day. Our company had used another facility and it was about 3 days to a week before we were able to get results. That's a no-no for us. In my opinion, when it comes to drug testing, Analytical Tox Lab Corp is a life-saver.

Just awful. I’ve never been so mistreated by a business in my life. They've been declining my calls all because I asked them if this is how they treat their customers (the lady on the phone was rude and curt from the get-go). She hung up on me and I tried calling back but all she would do is pick up the phone and immediately hang it up each time i called back. Before all this, i told her that I'd just go in and speak with her in person because speaking over the wasn't proving to be productive. It was at that point she threatened to call the cops on me for trespassing.. i then said but i have a question on the urinalysis process and she interrupted me and said she doesn't even need to be talking to me and that i was lucky she was. What kind of business is that? Just look at the way they respond on the low rating reviews.. so unprofessional. A real professional business knows not to answer like that... you should accept faults and be apologetic and provide a resolution. Don’t be so ratchet.
