Our appointment was set quickly after the winter storm. Dakota and Alex were our technicians and they were both so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We weren’t sure where the leak was exactly, and they worked hard to isolate it, and most importantly, repair it with minimal damage to our Sheetrock. They took lots of photos to show our insurance agency to help with the claim and were very accommodating to our requests. Would absolutely use them again and refer them to others.

My go to plumbing company!! We had two issues that needed to be addressed. Brandon came last and gave us the news the PRV needed to be replaced (super low pressure) and then when it did not help the rattle in the pipes he came back no questions asked!! He showed up, found the problem and fixed it!! I will recommend Anchor Plumbing and Brandon to everyone that will listen!! Thank you for a job well done!!
I have been burned by contractors for a good part of my life. It's seriously so challenging being a women in construction and having to defend myself constantly has made me a bit of a bitter person. But Anchor has been one of the few companies that just gets customer service and on top of it, they are honest and treat me professionally so I can actually enjoy working with them. So much of my work goes through them simply because I know I can throw them my keys and they will get it done. They have great communication and if at any point they don't because of work load or in general mistakes, they always call me and reassure that it wasn't on purpose. They do good work, it doesn't fail, and its neat. They don't leave me a huge mess like other contractors do. Paul really runs a tight ship and I feel like they are family. Its something I do not see often without ego ruining the business for its customers. I really appreciate them. All of them. Shout out to Brandon and Pete. :P
Dakota and Alex did a spectacular job diagnosing and fixing our pipes that busted due to the freeze last week. They quickly found two and determined there was one more to fix. They gave us timely updates on pricing and work to be done that would be the least cost for us in the end. Excellent service. Will use Anchor for future plumbing needs.
Great company, great service! Will always call Anchor Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Alec and Jared did an outstanding job installing my water heater and at a reasonable price. The guys were friendly, knew their job very well and got it done quickly. Highly recommend Anchor Plumbing!!
