I have to say I was very impressed with Rene and crew! Rene came and gave me a free quote for tree trimming and moss removal. I misunderstood the quote given to me, but Rene follow up and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! I decided to go ahead with the project, to my surprise the quote was not only for my front trees, but all the trees on my property including adjacent tree limbs from other neighbors yards coming into my property! They worked for two days on my property always leaving my yard super clean and free of any debris! They did such a great job on my property trees that my next door neighbor got their number from me and had his front trees trimmed as well! I will definitely will be using them in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family!

When I had a tree get sick a couple of years ago, Artistic Trees came out, diagnosed and treated the issue, and within a couple of months, that tree was doing better than ever. Recently, I needed an extensive trim on some other trees, so I called Artistic Trees, and again received excellent service and great work at a good price - and it was worth every penny. I’m glad I have Artistic Trees, Inc to call for my tree services, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who values the vitality of the trees on their property. I order their service based on all of the positive reviews. However, I am less than impressed. Two of the three trees that I ordered are very sparse in growth. And followup service is not very good. I need to make repeated requests to have Rene or a member of his crew come out to my property. More than Twice I have been told that service would happen “this week” when it does not. And then I have to make another request. His service comes with a 1 year warranty, and after 1800 I spent, I might have to make use of that refund if the trees don’t service winter. Followup. Rene came out today to give the trees their vitamin boost. He also instructed me To keep him informed on the condition of the trees. He said he will com back as needed to take care of the trees.

I can’t speak highly enough about Rene and his crew. They responded to my needs to remove five hackberry trees. They were actually already in my neighborhood and were able to take care of my tree issues same day. I will definitely use the, again. In fact we are already scheduled for some additional business. Great people. Great company.

Over many years Rene and his crew have been doing a great job trimming and maintaining the health of our trees. Our expectations were high when, unfortunately, an enormous tree, awfully close to our house required removal. The crew was incredibly skillful in removing the tree and grinding down the stump while carefully avoiding any damage to the house and surrounding landscaping. They worked hard to completely clean the area after removal. They clearly exceeded our expectations. It is always a pleasure to do business with a true professional and courteous company that always displays their expertise.
