Spoke to 2 employees from this center when I was having issues with charges on my account ... very unprofessional.... it’s a disgrace .... they refused to get me a supervisor and hung up the phone ..I’ve been with this bank for a long time but customer service reps and managers at this site are really bad.. I would never recommend this Bank even though I have 2 account with. Them.. will be canceling by accounts... if you are looking for a good bank, don’t even think about Bank of America
