Place does not respect the individual. I was told when I walked in for a. X-ray that it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I still have not been seen. Since I was here for at my lunch break and told them I was limited for time. They should have honored the 30 to 40 minute time estimate. I am respectful of people's time because I know people have busy schedule and responsibilities. I have gone to several other locations and they held true to their time estimates.

Let me first say that my 2 star review is only for the MRI experience I had at the North Central location. The people here are very nice. My wife uses them for mammograms which are all 5 star experiences. I’m a biggish guy and if you weigh over 200 pounds DO NOT try to use the MRI here. The MRI machine is extremely tight, very old and takes much longer than newer ones. I couldn’t do it and had to reschedule. I only wish they had told me when I made the appointment. I went to the Baptist M&S in Medical Center. It’s brand new. They are located on Fredericksburg and Wurzbach. They have 2 brand new wide bored GE Voyager MRI’s. This was a great experience. They have headphones with music, a very nice large MRI and a lumbar scan took less than 20 mins. Yes less than 20 mins!! If you are claustrophobic or have a larger frame body you should go to this office. They get 5 stars.

Terrible location. Had a scheduled appt and still had to wait over an hour to be seen. I was told the wait would be 20-30 min. I was here for a pregnancy ultrasound where I had to drink a lot of water and still they make you wait over an hour. Find somewhere else for your imaging needs.

Had a great experience. Walked-in for an X-Ray on a Monday around 3:30pm, after filling out the paperwork I was called-in in less than 15min. The procedure took about 10min. The technician was really friendly and professional. So overall in & out in less than an hour total and pleased with the service.

The mammogram technician does not respect individual. She plays like a robot and treats the individual like nonhuman. She was very rude and disrespectful. I am still in pain after the procedure.
