Excellent quality and friendly staff Short story, feels like a dejavu but I lost my bracelet in the store I went back and some sweet ladies where there they found it and returned it to the front desk I'm so thankful and surprised that still good people .. those ladies bless their hearts... and the store abundantly blessings to the owners and their sweet daughter. My go to! But they no longer all my grey ombre passion twist. I refuse to grow old gracefully, however, I do not want to hold onto what once was! I'm having to go online at a high cost. The two young ladies as well as my daughter on FaceTime helped select my platinum grey look! Always great customer service and Veteran friendly.
I usually don’t write these kinds of reviews, but I had to do so because the staff blew me away today. Firstly, Victoria at the front and her employee Chris were extremely welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Throughout my shopping experience, they made me feel comfortable and I was happy to be there. They are so funny too! They offered to assist me and when they did, they were knowledgeable about their products, which I appreciated. I’ve been to plenty of beauty supplies before that didn’t deserve one cent of my business, but these ladies were the most helpful, friendly staff I’ve ever seen in these types of stores. I will most definitely be coming back!
Anything at this store you can get way cheaper on Amazon! It’s robbery seriously I told the girl how much more they charge for cheap things and she said “well why don’t you go there” so I am going home to use Amazon prime for the exact same things thank you no more wasting gas or time
