The wait was not as miserable as normal. The people that work there seem like they hate life, but that is normal for anyone working for the city/state. How can Bexar County make people happy at work, as well as provide better customer service??? I think we all know the answer to that! Less waiting brought my stars up, otherwise I would have given Bexar County a 1 rating.

I called ahead to see if they take walk in service, with Covid, I was unsure. The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. She told me what I needed prior to going in. Once I got there, the lady at the desk was sweet and then 5 mins later once my number was called the clerk helping me was wonderful. I highly recommend this location.
The staff was very polite and professional. I was in and out so fast it only went to get my handicap plates. They were very helpful.
Called to get information on what I needed prior to going there or making an appointment, was on hold for more than an hour and they never picked up kept sending me to be on hold and never answer my call, I understand everyone has something to do but as a former CSR sup. Every call was taken and questions answered to make it easier on the customer city employeesneed better work ethics and better customer service skills.
Proper covid procedures are being followed upon entering the office. Friendly security officer greets you and asks covid questions and then directs you to the counter to proceed with your visit. Friendly employees who took care of my vehicle and property tax issues.
