2/8 Drive-through with busy as usual. Placed my order waited patiently. Finally got to the window to find only half of my order was taken. [Oh man] So I had to order again. Was instructed to pull in front to wait for my order. [Shaking my head] I paid in full drove up and waited and waited. Finally the guy brought out the rest of my order. He forgot my drink.[oh God] I probably should have been handed at the window now that I think about it. So.....the guy goes back I guess to get my drink. No one ever says sorry for the inconvenience or sorry for the wait ] This is pretty much how it is now] Anyhow I waited and waited for my drink as long as I could. So I just left. I'm not sure he was even gonna get my drink. Oh by the way, I got home and unpacked my food to find it was wrong.

I don't know what the deal is lately but this place has been slacking. The previous time I got something from here they gave me a completely different meal then what I ordered. (They made up for it by correcting it the next day) Today the breakfast biscuit was, just a mess, literally. It looked like they just threw it inside the foil from 2 feet away & wrapped it. The McDonald's across has made better breakfast biscuits than this.... and that's saying a lot. I expect more from you! Come on people, quit bullshiting & do your jobs right.
As always they forgot an item from my order. NEVER fails. This time I ordered from Door Dash because I assumed another person verifying my order was correct would ensure it’s correct... nope!
I love the small brisket family meal and the 10 piece all white chicken family meal too! The flavorful meals have me going to revisit whenever I have little time to cook and want my family to enjoy a flavorful meal!
Mmmmm! I stopped here once and definitely will be back again! My dinner was sooo good! Food was fresh and tasty. Nice people working here and they have very good deserts! Try it!
