Josh did a very great job in school service today. Very informative and professional. He made sure I understood every step. I would recommend Josh and blue heaven to anyone. Jorge and his construction team worked hard and fast during a span of a month and a half. We were very pleased with Jorge on how he stayed on top of our pool project. Not only did the pool come out very nice but it exceeded our expectations. Blue haven you have a wonderful crew of project managers and workers. Kudos to all of them!

This review is long overdue! We've been enjoying our pool for just over a couple of months and we love it! There are a few little adjustments needed but that's totally expected with a project this big. First of all, the entire Blue Haven staff was exceptional throughout the process. Big \Thank You\ to Pete H. for delivering an amazing design that compliments our home and Texas hill country lifestyle. He was able to capture vision and was very patient with us through all the changes. Another big \Thank You\ to Jerry H. for making the design a reality. We appreciate all his expertise, patience and recommendation throughout the construction process. He is truly the best thing since fire was invented! Lastly, we graduated from pool school with the awesome lessons and demonstrations from Charles. We definitely recommend Blue Haven for you dream pool!
We are so excited about our new pool from Blue Haven! Mike Anthony was great at getting our initial design and very patient and accommodating with the changes we requested. His response time was also must better than other builders we considered. Jorge and Javier were both communicative throughout the building process and provided a few extra ideas that we incorporated into our final build. Joshua came out to do our pool school and did a thorough job explaining how things worked. He also made sure that all of our questions were answered before he left. Finally, the service team has been very quick to come out to work out a couple of bugs with the initial setup. Overall, we are very pleased and can't wait until we can jump in and enjoy our investment!
I want to let everyone know that Joe Rodriguez is the man to see if you want a design that meets all of your needs. He is absolutely amazing and is a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, he communicated with us and answered any questions or concerns we had. Blue Haven is lucky to have an excellent employee who believes in their mission and one that knows the value of good customer service. From my family to you Joe, thank you for being a genuine, kind and straight up good guy.
We absolutely LOVE our Blue Haven pool! Jorge and his crew were fabulous. Any concerns or questions that we had were addressed and resolved immediately. The entire pool and surrounding surfaces were completed well ahead of schedule. I have recommended them to several of my friends who are thinking about adding a pool. We are looking forward to many years of memories with our children and grandchildren in our new backyard oasis!
