If I could rate no stars I would. They treat their customers horribly. I wasn't surprised to check and see other people had the exact same complaints. I've been interested in a message chair. With all of my medical problems Ive been wondering if it would really help. Well I couldn't tell because every time I tried to use the controller they would try to take it from me and set it to demo. I have tried demo before and didn't get relief, so I was trying different settings to see if they helped my pain. Well I guess they didn't like me because they told me they had been timing me and I reached my 10 minute limit. Well great I guess they don't want people to know if the chairs really work before spending 5 k. I have never been treated to bad for actually showing interest in a product!!! I was told I was speaking to the manager. Well the manager needs some serious training in sales and customer service.

Good products poor customer service. Purchased item and extended warranty on an item that had mediocre performance . Returned item and bought something twice as expensive. Was told that extended warranty could not be refunded nor that a new one could be purchased on the item that I had just bought. This sounded very odd, but was not able to speak with the manager at the time. I called the protection plus phone number and was able to purchase my extended warranty for the new item with no trouble. They told me that I could actually get a refund on the extended warranty of the original purchase so I called the store. Jasmine the store manager stated that she cannot refund me the extended warranty I told her that I had just gotten off the phone with the protection plus representative and they told me that they could. She double checked with her supervisor and then told me that she could do the refund. Since I live 250 miles from the nearest Brookstone I told her that I could not be in within the 60 day time period that I had made the purchase she told me that that was too bad and that she could only give me a gift card. I asked her if she can make the exception if I was just one day late getting to the store she said no all she could do was give me a gift card. I don't want to gift card I want a refund now I can't get it because the store employee did not know his policies and procedures. Never again!
Hard to find tools. I love your gadgets. I am watching your documentary on modern marvels. I love your wifi detector t shirt. I need to get one. I can't wait to come visit your store inside the mall.
Awesome electronics store. Staff showed customers no attention. Instead they talked amongst themselves at the counter. In this type of electronic store ppl should be ready to assist customers at all times.
Manager was rude to another shopper. I saw that someone went into the store and talked to an employee. I believe they must have known each other. The potential customer was yelled at. I decided not to buy and left. I felt so bad for Her. I could tell that the employee felt so bad too. I do like the store but i won't give my money to a store whose managers treat people like that. They lost 200 bucks that day i brought my item from walmart THANKYOU ! for a third of the price. Also had a very rude experience in Austin many yrs ago too. Suprisingly both were managers and both are still employed today. I'll never forget this experience Treat people with courtesy and respect and you wouldn't have to be strict and in a bad mood to make your numbers.
