As a photography enthusiast, I was not comfortable trying to clean my camera sensor, so I took my camera in to be serviced. The staff were friendly and quick to help. I also sent two lenses in to be calibrated at the same time. They had a quick turnaround. I tested out the lenses that weekend and was very pleased with the cleaning and calibration. I will definitely be back to their store in the future :)
Wow! Stopped by today to ask about a camera repair. The customer service was unbelievable! Without exception, everyone greeted me with a smile and was ready to assist. This store could give lessons on customer service. I'll be back. Thank you all!
Excellent Camera store in the center of San Antonio. They have what you need and they work with used gear and rentals as well. I won't say they have everything but they will have something that will address all of your photography needs.
I was blown away at how friendly and knowledgeable these people are about cameras. For a newbie that knows some stuff about photography I felt risky comfortable talking to Sam about a camera purchase. Even if you are just thinking about wanting a better camera, or want to rent a lens check this place out!
