Lady at store followed my 15 year old daughter around and was extremely rude. My daughter was nearly in tears. This store was a favorite of ours for a very long time. We won't be returning.
Great customer service. The store has large variety of items to choose from. Something for everyone. If you're into souvenirs for friends and family then this is a must see store.

This place is happy! If you want Christmas anytime of year, then this is the place to be. The music they play is charmingly nostalgic and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I know it's called Christmas Gallery, but this is more like Christmas Extravaganza! You have to experience this place in person. And if you like anything Department 56, then you have to see their elaborate and huge Christmas villages! Oh yes, their Christmas trees are adorned with a plethora of ornaments to suit every taste. One more thing, catch a picture with city themed colorful art cow statue outside. Have fun!
