The event itself is all about the vendors and the shoppers who make it a great shopping experience! However, the management leaves little to be desired! Absolutely NO communication from anyone affiliated with the show. They do nothing in a timely manner. It is May 23rd, 2016 and I have been waiting on a reply and confirmation since December of 2015, when I was told approximately 9 days. Call event staff, no answer and when I did get someone on the line, it was forwarded to a cell phone where I was basically told nobody knows what's going on. Told a different management company took over, then they didn't. Unprofessional is the most polite thing I can say!

Christmas Showcase always has so many different vendors and I am able to get so much of my holiday shopping done while I'm there. The staff is kind and helpful and I've enjoyed being able to attend the show over the years.
